Spain has a different rhythm again: Mallorca, the Costa Brava and Andalusia combine beaches, contemporary villas, historic towns and small coves. In Greece, luxury is often found in simplicity — sea, space, a terrace and island life. Portugal adds the Atlantic, broad sandy beaches and a distinctive quality of light.

We do not believe a destination can be reduced to a few filters. A good villa always belongs to a place: its beach, landscape, town, restaurants, infrastructure and the way you imagine spending your holiday.

A private home has one straightforward advantage: for the duration of your stay, the space is genuinely yours. Breakfast can happen when you want it to. You can shop at local markets, have dinner on your own terrace, spend the day by the pool or leave early to explore neighbouring towns.

For families and groups of friends, separate bedrooms, a shared living room, a kitchen and outdoor space can fundamentally change the way a holiday feels. Living outside a hotel complex also makes it easier to experience the destination itself — the local bakery, the fish market, small restaurants and places that rarely appear on a standard sightseeing route.
